The terrace was very comfortable and the quietness of the property located in a combos. The parking was private and really easy to find. We loved the location, so close to the city center and all the amenities. If you don't visit the neighborhood, you'll never need to move the car.
It was not properly cleaned as like the dust on the shelves and under the bed. We missed the furnishings of any paper towels and a table mat where to eat. An already used bottle of water was left inside the kitchen 🙃

Location is great. Parking very good
Some head knock risks due to the apartment stairs layout. The lack of a key to the pedestrian gate is a hassle, requiring the opening of the full gate.
