If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $300 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F. - This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector. - Use of the firepit and Firebowl is available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
