Lokalizacja bardzo na plus - blisko do centrum i deptaku przy rzeczce, wokoło cisza i spokój. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nie jest zniszczony a taras i jego widok zdecydowanie na plus. Bardzo wygodna kanapa w salonie.
Na antresoli w lecie nie da się spać z uwagi na gorąco. Klamki w drzwiach w łazience i sypialni zostawały w rękach. W ofercie lepiej napisać że do apartamentu prowadzi bardzo stroma droga. Drzwi wejsciowe nie domykały się - zamykały się dopiero po przekręceniu zamka.

- super wyposażenie apartamentu w przydatne rzeczy - czystość - designerskie, nowoczesne wnętrze - cudowny widok z jadalni na góry i panoramę miasta - bardzo blisko do centrum - cicha i spokojna okolica - polecam także na wakacje z dzieckiem (apartament był nawet wyposażony w zabawki i gry planszowe, nasza 3,5 letnia córka była zachwycona, my także ;))
Ciężki podjazd pod górę w okresie zimowym, trzeba nabrać wprawy, aby wjechać na osiedle. Jednak nie ujmuje to jakości apartamentu.
