Schöne Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Blick auf Neapel, den Vesuv und Capri. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage ermöglichen kühle Nächte. Anfragen wurden zu jeder Zeit mit einem Lösungsvorschlag beantwortet.

Man sollte beachten, dass die Unterkunft erhöht liegt. Um zum Wasser oder in die belebteren Bereiche des Ortes zu gelangen, sind einige Treppenstufen bergauf oder bergab zu bewältigen. Alternativ können öffentliche Verkehrsmittel genutzt werden. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jedoch in etwa 20 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

This property was perfect for us. Napoli is a gritty yet beautiful city of contrasts. The apartment is in an old, historic building on Corso Vittorio Emanuele (a road that is approximately 5km long). It has excellent views and is within a ten minute walk of local shops, coffee shops, fresh produce stores,a pharmacy etc. The host/owner of the property kept in touch re. arrival and instructions on how to access the property were clear and easy to follow. On arrival, a friendly member of staff was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the apartment along with instructions on how to access the WiFi and how to use the facilities. Later into our stay, they messaged us to make sure everything was ok and even left some delicious Neapolitan pastries on the door handle; a lovely surprise. The building is very secure: key pad entry, cross a small internal courtyard and up some steps or use the small lift. The apartment itself is rustic with modern facilities and extremely spacious. The super-high ceilings (two of which are traditionally beamed) and window shutters help to keep the accommodation cool along with the excellent and easy to control air-conditioning. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The two bathrooms with walk in showers were really convenient. Water pressure and temperature were always excellent. The kitchen is really well equipped: SMEG fridge-freezer; kettle; coffee machine and a selection of kitchenware. Some basic supplies were left for us (water; milk; coffee etc.). Our teenager loved her mezzanine room above the lounge and sitting out on the small balcony for breakfast. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable; we slept well. There are two funicolare stations within a ten-minute walk of the apartment which make travelling around Napoli really easy.

Eine Unterkunft mit viel Platz und teils moderner Ausstattung. Die Bäder sind neu und sehr schick, die Küche ist sauber und einladend. Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Ausblick und die bequemen Betten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit (vielen Dank für die Weingläser und die Süßigkeiten!).

Ausstattung & Stauraum: Es mangelt massiv an Ablageflächen. Im kleinen Badezimmer gibt es weder Regale noch Schränke – nicht einmal für Zahnbürsten ist Platz. Auch im zweiten Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Im gesamten Apartment gibt es kaum Haken für Jacken oder Regenschirme. • Sicherheit: Die Böden in der Wohnung sind extrem rutschig, was man besonders mit Socken oder nach dem Duschen beachten muss. • Küche: Die Grundausstattung ist lückenhaft. Es fehlte an ordentlichen Schneidemessern. Zudem gab es kaum Gläser (nur ein einziges Weinglas, keine Sektgläser). • Lage: Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, allerdings ist die angrenzende Straße recht laut, was die Ruhe etwas stört.
