The flat was well designed, beds were comfortable . Tea. Coffee and sugar was provided which was a lovely touch.

A parking permit was meant to be provided but when I arrived I was told over the phone that it had expired and was waiting for another . I was told to park opposite or in the carpark three minutes away . I booked this flat as it was ground floor and had parking as I had my 96 yr old mother with me . When parking opposite I was approached by a resident questioning where I was staying . Thankfully he could see my elderly mother and blue badge and just reiterated that it's residents only and wasn't very pleasant about the owners of the flat unfortunately. This made us very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have hot water but this was rectified over the phone by the owners instructing me what to do which wasn't a big issue. No microwave which would have been handy. I did ask for late checkout ie midday but this was declined. You could hear the people in flat above walking around which seems to echo through our flat below. Overall the hassle re parking would prevent me from booking this flat again.

Location is in the heart of town. But it is in a quiet street, it is very comfortable and we would stay again.

Central. Clean. Modern and comfortable. Would tell any couple to rent if visiting Narberth. Everything you need is within a few mins walk.

I would have an ironing board, and iron on site. There was nothing else not to like.

Clean, comfortable & convenient location.
