Villa Palma

Super lokacija, blizu do mesta, blizu do sprehajalnih poti ob morju.

Uživali smo u svakom trenutku, jer apartman ima sve što je potrebno. Sve je uređeno do najsitnijih detalja: savršena tehnika, od pegle, aparata za kavu, mašine za veš i sudje, klima uređaja. U kuhinji od pribora imate sve što možete zamisliti da vam treba. Apartman posjeduje i prvu pomoć, što se rijetko gdje viđa. Ručnici meki i u velikom broju. U frižideru nas je dočekalo piće dobrodošlice, predivno iznenađenje i gest. Veličanstveno dvorište, svaki apartman ima svoju terasu, puno cvijeća, savršeno za jutarnju kavu i doručak. Svaki apartman ima i svoje mijesto za roštilj ako poželite. Parking je obezbjeđen ispred smještaja i ne naplaćuje se. Nama se lično svidjela plaža Sv. Martin šetnja od svega 6 minuta — preljepa uvala, pravi raj. Ostale plaže su na 6-7 minuta autom, takodjer predivne. Centar grada je na 15 minuta laganog hoda, odlično za večernju šetnju. Gospođa Slavica je izuzetno ljubazna i predusretljiva, dočekala nas je i ispratila s osmjehom i učinila naš boravak izuzetno prijatnim. Ako tražite smještaj u kojem imate sve što je potrebno, bez brige i razmišljanja, Villa Palma je pravi izbor za Vas!

Tolle Vermieterin, abends ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nur 5 min zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum nächstgelegenen Felsenstrand. Auch eine verspätete Ankunft war kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Da fällt mir auch nach langem Überlegen nicht wirklich was ein.

The location was excellent. Close to shops and access to beach ⛱️ 2 minute walk. Host offered full bar/coffee facilities. No strict house rules...like other accommodation. Quiet street. Friendly host. Turtles in the garden. Air-conditioned. Parking available.

Low ceiling in kitchen and bathroom areas. So low my husband hit his head a couple of times. Had to switch lights on in the middle of the night to ensure to be safe. Bathroom was very tight and small. Sitting on the toilet your knees would hit the wall in front so your legs had to splay wide. Not a nice position for woman. The shower cubicle was very small and the shower head was unsecured and would fall down. We had to wedge plastic to keep it stable. Water was difficult to drain away and at times the smell was unbearable. We left everyday small windows open. There is a step down from main area into kitchen/toilet. If my husband had to duck to avoid hitting his head. I think this area was storage area under carport and converted to accommodation to make a buck. We not against this, but not sure how it passed building code. The fridge was placed at the end of kitchen area at the lowest ceiling height. We decided to stay one more night and was prepared to pay but not €100 euro. Not worth it so we went down the road and were elated to see what our money could have provided. Peak season and over priced for what it is! Buyer be aware photos do not show low ceiling height. Don't let host rush you in and out quickly to show you free bar facilities.
