A localização é excelente. A limpeza é impecável. Colchões confortáveis e o ar condicionado é precioso.
O ruído da rua torna as noites desconfortáveis. Existem escadas para aceder à casa e depois mais escadas para o 2o quarto. O que torna a casa pouco funcional. Podia ter forno para cozinhar.
