とにかくホスピタリティが素晴らしいオーナーさんで、到着するまでにはエアコンも付けて暑いからとアイスやお菓子まで用意してくださいました！大人5人子ども5人で宿泊しても充分な広さでとても快適に過ごせました。布団もタオルも清潔ふかふかで気持ち良かったです。おかげで楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございます

The house was beautiful and extremely well kept and comfortable. There were plenty of signs in English to make our stay more simple and even a map detailing the area with landmarks marked. The host was very friendly and even gave us ice cream when we checked in due to it being a hot day. She was always 1 text away from helping us or recommending places to go in town, even taking the time to drive us to shibamasa world and back, she also drove us to the train station after we checked out.
There was nothing I didn’t like and we wished we had stayed longer.

Very comfortable, clean and with great amenities. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped.
I would have really liked real coffee cups not paper cups. Also it was a bit unclear in the pictures and descriptions that there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, although this was good for us.

It is a house for a family and has a good location.
NA but ability is that the shops and restaurants around the location, though it is shown in abundance, were either closed or simply not there. Mainly due to the weekday (I.e., over the weekend it should be better). If one wishes to have the atmosphere of a small onsen town, it was a bit disappointing. The public onsen facilities are good though.
