Casa Entrepeñas 3000

We loved how spacious and comfortable the house was. We were a group of nine people, five adults and four children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house had enough bedrooms for the whole group, two bathrooms, a large dining table where we could all sit together, a comfortable living room with a television, and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area was also great for the children to play. The views were beautiful, and the house was located in a very peaceful area. There is a small village just in front of the house that you can reach on foot. The supermarket and other nearby towns were also easy to reach by car. Collecting the keys was simple, and the host provided clear and helpful instructions. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and had a wonderful time together as a family.

There is no Wi-Fi in the house. At first, this made us hesitate before booking. However, after staying there, we actually saw it as a positive point. The children played and talked together, and we spent more quality time as a family without being distracted by the internet.

El personal es…. Tienen un atención al cliente bastante dejado. Espero que la gente que vaya a sus alojamientos no tenga necesidad de el servicio de atención ya que te dejan en leído o te dan largas constantemente desde luego que muy poca profesionalidad

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean, the beds were comfortable. I liked the large drying rack they supplied. My family loved eating outside in the evenings at the table and it was nice having a yard for the kids. Beautiful views and surroundings.

The worst part of this was the poor communication from the hosts. We arrived during a heat wave and the indoor temperature was 28. The hosts said they could bring a fan the next day. That first night was the absolute low point of our entire trip - imagine that heat with three kids. They then ignored multiple calls and texts from us as to the timing, to the point we weren't convinced they would actually follow up. We ended up buying a fan and then shortly after they arrived with fans. Better communication and a sense that they cared would have made this stay a 10/10.
