OCEAN VIEW APARTMENTs

Very convenient

Friendly and helpful host, clean place, modern facilities

The property was quiet and I was able to sit outside and watch the sunset every day which made the stay even more amazing

The flat was located perfectly and had great access to transportation. The entire flat was spacious, quiet and the bedroom had a wonderful sea view.

Firstly, I’ll say that this place could be great, with a few changes, the customer experience would improve. The building we stayed in was not the one we booked online; it was actually located higher up and was confusing to find on the first day. Upon entry, the kitchen was a decent size and had pantry with some utensils available but nothing else beyond that. There were 4 sheets of paper towels left on the roll a few matches and washing up liquid. If you’re coming here, you’ll need to get what you need for yourself. The living room had a visibly broken sofa that was unfit for purpose but somehow, there’s an expectation that customers would be happy with it being there?? There was a “laundry/dressing room” that had the ironing board and iron but had zero sockets to accommodate ironing there. The light in the shower didn’t work either so we showered in darkness. The cleaning lady, responded rudely when we said that we didn’t need the flat cleaned or the sheets changed, insisting that the host demanded we change the “dutty” sheets. From our perspective, we just didn’t want to be disturbed and we washed the she sheets and towels ourselves. I won’t dismiss the host as being a bad one, and our experience wasn’t ruined. It would be lovely to stay again, provided there’s an improvement all round.
