Host is very well organized. Unit is well appointed for a week plus stay. Clear instructions for access code and parking were provided. Location is great for access to the upper village of Croton (walk to restaurants), Lower Hudson River Valley attractions, and NYC by train. This was our second stay at the property. Would definitely do so again.
Access to the washer and dryer is a little awkward -- but not a big deal.

Extremely well stocked and attention to small detail. Xbox machine, coffee machine with fillable pods and a frother, big washer and dryer in the basement and the host was available for any issues.
