The property is in the heart of Sorrento. You step down the stairs and you are immediately surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

The stairs are steep and there is no lighting at night to see where you’re stepping. Also hard to carry large heavy luggage up the stairs.

Very well maintained and clean home, warm and friendly host / manager (Amedeo), waited for us to arrive despite time delay and helped us get into the apartment along with help on carrying the bags up the stairs, gave detailed instructions on usage of home and equipment and offered help on activities and sightseeing, before leaving us by ourselves. Property was located in the lively neighbourhood, so easy access to groceries, restaurants, coast and port, shopping, and also close to the main train station and bus stations. Kitchen was well equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher utensils, cutlery, electric kettle, etc. Washing machine in the balcony was also helpful. Having 2 bathrooms in the house was great, for accommodating the needs of 2 couples. Bathrooms were also well equipped with all necessary items, full time availability of hot water. Loved our stay at this apartment.

Only minor downside is climbing 2 floors by stairs to get to the apartment, can be troublesome if you have big bags. Nothing to complain of though.
