Personale molto gentile e disponibile, pur essendo sempre molto indaffarati. Panorami bellissimi per chi ama la montagna, colazione abbondante.
La camera era pulita al nostro arrivo ma il riassetto e la pulizia nei giorni successivi non è mai stato fatto. Mancava un frigo bar e una cassaforte in camera. WiFi disponibile solo al ristorante ma non nelle camere, pur se il titolare Jean Claude ci ha fornito un amplificatore di segnale ma non funzionava. Il servizio ai tavoli del ristorante non è stato dei più veloci.
