Maison Giordana

A truly wonderful apartment with a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire Bay of Naples. And the sunsets… simply unforgettable. Sitting with a drink in hand, watching the sky change colours over the magical bay, and letting your dreams drift away with the sunset is an experience that stays with you. The apartment itself is beautiful and perfectly complements its extraordinary setting. The interior beautifully reflects the colours of the sea, with so much blue surrounding you, together with charming, colourful ceramic plates and cups that add a wonderful Italian touch. Everything is bright, immaculate, beautifully maintained and spotless. Aurora is wonderful — warm, attentive and incredibly responsive. She is always quick to answer any question and makes you feel well looked after throughout your stay. Maison Giordana is truly a place where dreams come true. I won’t comment on the winding roads and the journey to the apartment, as there is already plenty of information about this. I will simply say that every twist and turn is absolutely worth it once you arrive and see the magnificent view and this beautiful apartment. I would only make one small suggestion to Aurora: it would be a lovely touch to have at least one bottle of water waiting in the fridge for guests. On our arrival, we unfortunately got caught in an enormous traffic jam caused by the flooding the previous day, which had caused significant damage in the area. We travelled just 4 km in around four hours and arrived extremely thirsty. Having a bottle of water waiting for us would have been very welcome after such an unexpectedly long and difficult journey. Despite this small point, our stay was truly wonderful. Maison Giordana is a special place — one of those rare places where the view, the atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings make you stop, breathe and simply enjoy the moment. We would happily return.

The only minor issue was that the coffee machine seemed to have a problem with its sea.

Przepięknie położony budynek. Panoramiczne okno na morze daje niesamowity widok. Super urządzony apartament. Tygodniowy pobyt w tym fantastycznym obiekcie będziemy na pewno bardzo mile wspominać.

For us, it was very easy as the cleaner was on site and handed the keys to us

The apartment has good size, and nice view on top of the hill. good size of bedrooms and very handy to have 2 separate bathrooms. Airco was through out the apartment and very good in this heat. Parking in front is ok, but reverse out when you leave maybe a bit challenging but after a few times, you get use to it. you can walk down to the city centre less than 20 mins, but walk up would be challenging, we took bus most of the time. there are a few resteraurnt nearby, but walk on the side road is bit dangers, but again, you get to use to it quite fast. Some days, we will just go down to the beach, then have dinner in the centre, then take bus up. The host Aurora was very helpful and answered every our questions and very fast. Finally, having a washmachine is also super handy. Photo shows the view from the apartment and happened to see nice fireworks in one of the night.

some small details: maybe can be a bit more cutlery, as we miss small spoons for desert. also handy to have apron in the kitchen. These are just some small details, would be nice to have, not must have. Overall we had really good time for 15 days and very much enjoyed our stay.
