3 cosas para mejorar: No tenía microondas, en verano hace calor y no hay ventiladores (solo aire acondicionado en el salón) y el sofá cama del salón era una tortura para la espalda

Comfortable, relatively spacious with one large bedroom and king size bed and another small one with single bed. Comfortable living area. Elevator is so cute. Close to metro. Bus to coliseum outside the front door.

The apartment is spacious, with a large and comfortable bedroom. It is a 5-minute walk to the Metro Line A, which goes directly to the city center. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building. The apartment has a washing machine, and the WiFi worked well.

Unfortunately, there were many unpleasant aspects during our stay, and everything started with the check-in. We arrived around 1 a.m., and the app that was supposed to open the building door did not work. We tried for about half an hour to contact the host, but no one responded. We even tried ringing neighbors (which was not pleasant in the middle of the night), and after one of them threatened to call the police, we finally found someone who let us into the building. The apartment is located in an old building and had a very unpleasant smell. There were several issues in the bathroom: the water pressure in the shower was so low that it was impossible to shower properly, the toilet was constantly leaking, and the tank was dirty. We were given only two rolls of toilet paper for four people for a five-night stay. The coffee machine did not work. The terrace was full of dust and unusable. You could hear everything from the neighbors, and the neighbor next door kept banging on the wall to complain that we were talking too loudly. The sofa in the living room was also very uncomfortable.
