Interior is comfortable, bathroom and kitchen very nice, location at walking distance from city centre

Appartment at ground level, no balcony, no fence, but the building is not completed, maybe some private patio will be made in the end. Also, a pull out bed instead of two-seater in the living room would be more convenient.
