Excelente apartamento muy céntrico con todos los servicios cerca. Aparcamiento público de pago muy cerca. Ascensor y rampa para apartamentos superiores. Mucha amplitud en los espacios, con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. Una pequeña terraza al ser un bajo el apartamento que nos tocó. Un plus con la toalla facial, tendal, plancha y terracita. Hay otra terraza común en la azotea. Dejan suficientes cosas para el desayuno y una botella de agua gratis. Si vuelvo a Jaen, repito con ellos fijo.

Para personas con movilidad reducida, nuestro apartamento tenía varios escalones, imagino que el resto no los tendrá.

Excellent location and an excellent apartment! The building has been beautifully renovated, and the apartment itself exceeded our expectations. We have traveled extensively over the past several years, and it has become increasingly difficult to find quality short-term vacation rentals. Too often, the listings are misleading, and the apartments turn out to be old, tired, and in need of renovation. This apartment was a wonderful exception. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their property and genuinely care about providing guests with a quality experience. It is refreshing to find a place that not only lives up to its description but actually exceeds expectations. Bravo to the owners! We highly recommend this apartment.

More pillows for sleeping. The air freshener in the building is too strong.
