The Radiance - kufri

Location, food, size of room, view from balcony, functionality of washroom, behaviour and response of staff, property is comfortable for a family group. Young Abhishek is very enterprising, respectful, and offers quick service. Parking is available for 5 cars. Other cars can be parked on the roadside.

Pre-arrival preparation should be done. Rooms should be dusted and cleaned properly. The tv was non-functional most of the time. Loose toilet seats need to be repaired in most rooms. Restaurant needs constant and faster cleaning. Almost all rooms were empty but information on booking.com indicated rooms were 'sold out'.

They don't started tandoor, so we missed food, no tandoori snacks, no chapati option no naan etc (only simple tawa roti)
