Breakfast is being brought from outside. So it is not provided hot.
Food should be prepared within the premises and served hot, as the accommodation charges are being levied at par with other hotels that provide similar facilities.

The homestay appears to be relatively new.
A Reliance Fresh store is located in the adjoining building, which is very convenient. There is also a good bakery-cum-tea shop nearby. In addition, several good restaurants in the area offer food delivery through Zomato and Swiggy, making dining options easily accessible.
The rooms are small, and the bathroom floor is quite slippery, requiring extra caution.
The bed linens did not appear to be clean, although the manager stated that they are changed and cleaned daily. Housekeeping standards need improvement.
