Tera Bali Villa 2

Check in and check out were seamless. The villa is absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated comfy beds and pillows. The staff were absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. If we had any issues they fixed almost immediately and were always around to help. The pool was cleaned regularly.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner (clean shower heads, all the floor etc). The kitchen needed more basic utensils like tongs, masher etc. Access to a mop, other basic cleaning products (spray) and hand gel should have been available. The chairs in the kitchen were broken and should be replaced along with regular cleaning of the pillows. More places to hang things in the room would have been good too.

The villa is lovely and looks just like the pictures. The rooms are spacious and comfortabe. The location isn’t amazing unless you have bikes, but if you’re mainly wanting to stay at the villa then it’s perfect, it has everything you need. It has the potential to be a lovely spot.

This villa is let down by the owner. It’s quite badly organised and not clear who you need to go to for what. The neighbour seems to help out at lot, he was really friendly and much more helpful than the actual owner. It’s lacking some necessities like extra toilet roll, and surface spray to clean the sides in the kitchen when you cook etc. We had to issue with one of the bedroom doors, the locks are quite difficult to use and the door locked itself as it was closed with the key on the inside of the door. A workmen was called to help and the owner tried to make us pay when it was not our fault. A pool cleaner was sent the day before we checked out which meant we couldn’t use the pool as there were chemicals in it, this could have been done the following day when we were checking out. If the owner was more organised this stay would have been perfect.
