Mostly a fine experience, except for late night noise that lasted until about 1:00 am

Clean, well-stocked kitchen, roomy, good location.

Air conditioning in the bedroom window let cold air infiltrate to create enough of a cold breeze that we had to block off the area with a plastic garbage bag. Upstairs apartment neighbors were noisy later in the evening.

Had a great time in Evanston and will return soon!

This cozy apartment contains plenty of space to accommodate a family of 4. The location is perfect for visiting Northwestern University or Evanston in general. There are plenty of stores nearby and neighboring cities to explore. And the host is very responsive in case you need any assistance.

The parking can be limited in the front but that’s to be expected with multiple apartment buildings on the block. Checkout time could be an hour later as we made it work. But overall, it’s a great location.

Great value in a quiet neighborhood.

This place is a really great value. Spacious two bedroom apartment on a quiet tree-lined street in a diverse neighborhood with lots of interesting food options within walking distance. Not too bad a walk to the nearest rail line (maybe 15 minutes?).

The upstairs neighbor was a little noisy at times. Sounded like they decided to rearrange the furniture and hammer nails into the wall at about 2 AM one night 😂. Fortunately it lasted only 5-10 minutes.

We loved our stay - comfortable and clean place in a beautiful neighbourhood - highly recommend

The home is in a very beautiful neighbourhood, and was very clean/welcoming. We appreciated the prompt response from the host regarding a few questions we had. We are a family of 5 (kids are 6, 8 and 10). There was parking around the back of the house which was convenient (street parking is not always easy to find). If we return to Chicago, I would be happy to stay at the same place. Highly recommend.
