Very clean. Quiet and highly fenced, felt very safe. Most friendly and helpful owners and staff. Air conditioning excellent. Facilities superb, fridge, dual gas/ electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, enough crockery n pots, washing machine and washing soap. Property very spacious and tastefully furnished. Lovely balcony and back yard scullery facilities and washing lines. Happy to provide stuff like teabags, milk, coffee, bath soap, extra towels, toilet paper, bottles of drinking water. Shower was great with rainfall and focus type and tap, pressure excellent. Effective gesyer with very hot water. Washing line outside so well positioned clothes dried quickly. Good steam iron and board. Massive TV and multi choices of channels to watch. Helpful signposting and contextual oral history e.g. to taxi services, getting around, services, shopping centres. They even offered us a lift to and from Holy Mass on Sunday, provided matches for a smoking guest, gave us a satchet of milk as we arrived late when shops were closed. They arranged a local taxi for us as we had to leave very early on the last day. Available at all times, whether we arrived late or had to leave at 5 a.m. Were understanding and accommodating about our change of programme- did not penalise us and let us return to us the extra booked day. Made us feel so at home. About 20-30 minutes from the airport. Easy to get to, and to the shopping centres.. We experienced such kindness that left an indelible mark of how hospitable the Zambian people are.

Nothing really. Would have liked bedside lamps so l dont have to switch off when not in the bed.

The rooms are spacious enough, clean and well maintained. The service is also excellent.

Everything was likeable.
