Beautiful and quiet house, close to water in the sweet village of Lyvet. Easy driving to St Malo, Dinan, and Le Mont St Michel! The owners were fantastic with helpful advice!
Little-to-no cell or WiFi service. The owner says fast WiFi will be available early 2026.

Beautiful property in lovely location with access to the garage for our motorcycles which was great. Spacious, comfortable and really well equipped. Lovely garden.
Unfortunately there were hornets nesting which meant we couldn’t use the garden & balcony’s much in the evening. We have passed this on.
WiFi not strong , we lost it towards the end of the trip but we were able to connect to the port WiFi if really needed.

La maison est OK sans plus. J'avais demandé les draps et les essuis: il faut les payer mais ils sont de bonnes qualités. La maison était propre (exception barbecue). La dame qui nous a reçue parlait uniquement anglais mais était très gentille. Les villes Dinan Dinart, St Malo sont magnifiques.
La barbecue est inutilisable tellement la grille est sale. Les chaises de la salle à mangé sont incorfortables. La lumière passe à travers les rideaux de la chambre principale. L'environnement est triste à mourrir, aucune vie. Il faut faire 10 min de voiture pour aller chercher du pain chez un boulanger (autre solution: un dépot de pain plus près) La terrasse est pleine de prune qu'il faut balayer tous les jours. Les vélos sont vieillots (on les a pas utilisés) Personnellement je trouve que le rapport Qualité/Prix n'est pas atteind
