The apartment and the building looks really nice.

I got there at 15:00 and I waited over 30 minutes to get access to the apartment and the only reply I got was a text message to fill out a form online which I had already done. They ask you to send your ID over a Google form which it’s not very secure. The previous guest lost the keycard to the pool and gym so I didn’t get one… and I was not told until after I tried to access these amenities and asked them about it. They said then said I’d get it after 1-2 days but I never did during the week I was there. The bed is very firm, I was expecting a soft hotel quality bed but that wasn’t the case. The built-in table is too high to eat or work at comfortably, and the chairs are uncomfortable due to the low backrest, unless maybe you’re very short. The A/C is quite loud even on the lowest setting. The blockout curtains are good but the gas sense light is so strong it lights up the apartment quite a bit. The drying rack was very dirty so I had to clean it myself before using it. The trash bin had mold in the bottom, it smelled really bad when I removed the bag (and I have a bad sense of smell so it must have been a really strong smell). No sun on the main pool area after 16:00 No sun on the rooftop after 16:30
