clean and comfy but lacking basics

The apartment was easy to find, directions and access codes for entry were perfect. The apartment was very clean with most things we needed. Nice views of the mountains, spacious balcony. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Number one problem was that the apartment is listed as a ' one bedroom apartment' but it isn't. It is a STUDIO. There was no kitchen towel to dry the dishes only washing liquid and a sponge. The wifi didnt work at all and when we called to ask for help he told us only to turn it on and off and he didnt have much patience and unhelpful. It never worked while we were there and there were no general instructions in the apartment to explain anything including how to use wifi, the password etc. or who to contact if problems. Wifi was needed to access our messages on Booking.

Vista mozzafiato, servizio scadente

Purtroppo non all altezza del prezzo pagato. Fornello non funzionante, assistenza mancante da parte del host. Casa calda con un ottima vista. Comodo parcheggio sotto casa.

Fornelli non funzionanti, non c’erano le cose essenziali per cucinare (olio, sale etc).

Imbroglioni!

Nulla, peccato che il posto era carino avrebbero guadagnato di più che uno ci tornava che per come hanno provato a fregarci

Dopo una settimana mi hanno inviato una richiesta risarcimento danni per delle lenzuola macchiate, che ho fatto i video prima di lasciare la struttura e non corrisponde neanche il colore delle lenzuola in più mandata dopo una settimana dal mio soggiorno! Chi mi dice se è entrato qualcuno dopo di me?! Poi 300€ per un lenzuolo? Classica truffa degli appartamenti prezzo basso per poi provare a fregare le persone!

Perfetto per dormire e mangiare qualche pasto, niente di che

La struttura era pulita, c’era tutto il necessario in cucina e usando un locker per tenere le chiavi non abbiamo perso un secondo con il checkin

Il televisore che è presente funziona a malapena, prime video Disney plus Netflix nessuno di questi funziona, a volte funzionava YouTube ma durava qualche minuto, non grave ma sarebbe stato meglio averlo saputo prima. In un soggiorno di due notti per due persone non puoi lasciare un rotolo di carta igienica una saponetta e una bustina di shampoo (sufficiente a malapena per una persona). Nonostante il freddo già arrivato da settimane il letto era senza coperta ( nell’armadio c’erano due plaid e abbiamo utilizzato quelli) Gli asciugami forniti che erano tre a testa quindi ottimo ma puzzavano tutti di stantio.

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO

Piccolo appartamento alla periferia di Aosta. Letto molto comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Macchina del caffè con cialde (2 capsule) della Bialetti e bustine di the. Leggermente rumoroso il frigorifero. Bagno spazioso. L'ingresso principale è sulla trafficata strada Rue de Paris ma salendo poi al 4° piano, l'alloggio è dalla parte opposta e pertanto non si sente assolutamente la strada, quindi si riposa tranquillamente. Comodissimo per 2 persone ma ci si può stare anche in tre. Nel balcone c'è la tenda per il sole e si può mangiare con vista sulle montagne verso Pila. Personalmente, ho trovato anche il parcheggio davanti all'ingresso. La possibilità di entrare/uscire in autonomia è molto facile, ma se si avesse difficoltà, l'assistenza è praticamente immediata grazie a un numero di cellulare, attivo penso h24. Assolutamente consigliato.

Appartamento carino in ottima posizione

Appartamento carino, accogliente, ben tenuto, situato in una zona periferica molto tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi. Parcheggio condominiale gratuito e molto comodo. Condominio molto grande ma tranquillo. Bellissima la visuale dal balcone!

Per me ci sono state 3 cose negative: 1) Mi è dispiaciuto non trovare la lavastoviglie, come invece c’era scritto nella descrizione qui su booking. Ho cucinato lì tutti i pasti della mia settimana di soggiorno, mi avrebbe fatto davvero comodo. 2) C’era un bel po’ di polvere in giro. 3) è vero che l’appartamento è carino e ben tenuto, è ampio per essere un monolocale, ma rimane pur sempre un monolocale, quindi la descrizione sul sito mi sembra troppo esagerata!! Leggendola sembra che ci siano chissà quante stanze, invece è tutto insieme in una grande stanza. E non c’è nemmeno la Smart tv con Netflix. Avrei preferito una descrizione più semplice ma più veritiera.

sehr nett eingerichtet, im 4. Stock, Aufzug vorhanden, Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe vor der Tür, , Kaffeemaschine ist wie üblich eine Kapselmaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher + Microwelle + Waschmaschine vorhanden, Rest wie in der Beschreibung,

Apartment ist kleiner ! da der große Balkon wohl mit gezäht wird, leider nur ein Herd mit Platten (Gas), kein Backofen, Spülmaschine NICHT vorhanden obwohl in der Beschreibung erwähnt, TV sehr klein, soweit mir bekannt ist die Touristen TAX in Italien 80 cent pro Tag + Person, leider rechnet der Vermieter ( ist eine Gewerbefirma ) über eine WEB Seite ab die gleichzeitig die Touristen-Registrierung ist, wir waren mit 2 Personen 4 Nächte dort, kostet eigentlich 6,40 Euro, berechnet wurden mir 15,20 Euro, auf Nachfrage sind das Gebühren für diese Registrierungs WEB Seite, fand ich nicht gut ! der W-LAN Zugang/Password muss vom Router abgelesen werden, für den Müll/Entsorgung hängen mehrere Zettel, den Restmüll kann man nicht entsorgen weil die grauen Tonnen nur mit einen Chipkarte oder ähnlichen geöffnet werden können,
