Fab location, spacious whole apartment. Host was lovely

Air con was noisy and a second pillow would have been nice

We had a wonderful one-week stay in the apartment. The attention to detail was exceptional—like a five-star hotel—and the photos don’t do it justice. The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from shops, bars, restaurants, the lake, ferry terminal, and train station. Federica was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even meeting us at 10pm to show us around the flat. The mattress was very comfortable with just the right firmness, and the apartment itself was delightful—comfortable, convenient, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Como.

The bar downstairs was very lively and noisy on the weekends. The apartment is double glazed but some people who are used to quiet country homes might find it too noisy.

Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you could want in the heart of the town of Como. No lake view but deep in the old quarter with restaurants and bars every few feet. Cute terrace.

I don’t mind, but there is no TV for those who like to watch. There is a bar just outside in the courtyard and for light sleepers it may be hard to sleep around the noise, not excessive, just people having a grand old time until late.
