I like the location. The place is exactly where i want for my needs.
The bulding is very old and the public parts are very dirty. There is a lot of rubbish in the common parts.

Apartamentul arată bine, încălzirea nu a făcut față la temperaturile exterioare, se simtea cum intră frigul pe lângă geam. Vara cred ca este mult mai ok, a fost curat, zona este foarte bună, parcare am gasit doar cu plată în apropiere.

Чистота, удобное расположение, понятная инструкция для заселения, вид из окна на православный собор и дворец правительства.
1. Была только 1 вешалка для одежды, не было вообще никаких крючков, чтобы повесить вещи, полотенца и так далее. 2. В квартире было очень холодно, радиаторы слабо грели. Кондиционера не было (был только пульт от него, но зачем он нужен если нет кондиционера?) 3. Парковки рядом с домом нет никакой, ближайшая разрешенная платная только через 200 метров на улице, зачем указывать наличие парковки в описании жилья? 4. Жалюзи на одном из окон были сломаны

Nicely Decorated, equipped with everything you would need
The apartment is on the 5th floor. It has an elevator but the first time i used it, it got stuck between floors. The bed is also extremely uncomfortable
