Location, modern, roof terrace (shared but there was never anyone else using it), comfortable. The host is 10/10 very communicative and helpful. Would recommend.
It can be noisy as it is a busy street and there were street cleaners etc early morning on the weekends but not a big hassle and obviously beyond the control of the host, just an FYI for anyone looking to book
