Buhlbach, Black Forest Retreat, mit Sonnenterrasse

The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed to make our two week stay comfortable. The views were beautiful and my favourite part of the day was looking out at the view from the terrace with my morning coffee! The apartment is well designed staying cool in the summer and I imagine cosy in the winter! The apartment is a short drive to Baiersbronn with a choice of supermarkets and cafes and restaurants to choose from. The Black Forest is on your doorstep. If you are looking for a place to stay for Scrambler Therapy, it’s about a 10 minute drive to the clinic 😊

For those, like us, who searched for a wheelchair friendly apartment, it worked really well for us but my daughter can uses crutches also. There is a small step from the gravel parking space to the path to the main door of the property (although this is a new build with the surrounding area not 100% finished so that might yet to be sorted.) The apartment itself is completely wheelchair accessible but the double doors to outside have a frame to get over to go onto the terrace. There is a walk in shower for which my daughter used her own shower stool we brought from home. There is no accessible equipment.

היינו האורחים הראשונים בבית. הבית היה מקסים! חשבו בו על הכל. מעוצב בצורה מהממת, יש את כל מה שצריך במטבח, נקי, מסודר, טלויזיות חכמות, אפילו סמיכה לטלויזיה ורדיו בסלון. מעבר לכך בעלי הדירה זוג מקסים שנתן לנו המלצות למסעדות והשאיר המון הפתעות כמו שוקולדים, ואפילו שמפניה במקרר. המיקום של הדירה היה מושלם קרוב מאוד למסלולי הליכה, שקט אבל בכל זאת קרוב למה שצריך כמו סופר. נשמח מאוד לחזור לשם 😊
