The villa is in a very well manicured gated community, directly on the beach. So good security and grounds maintenance. The hosts (Thien and Tina) were super helpful with all requests and provided daily cleaning that was fast and thorough. We even left an item which they shipped to us in HCMC immediately. Overall a beautiful property with a breath-taking view to wake up to each morning. It felt like a private beach, especially during the week.
You need to bring all your cooking needs and groceries as the kitchen is stocked with the basics, but the best supermarket (15 min drive) doesn't have much selection at all. Also the restaurant on site only offers their menu until 4:30pm.

The villa was amazing, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Showers nice and powerful. Kitchen well equiped.
Access to the beach wad easy - step out of the garden onto the beach. Pool is decent size, well kept as was the garden. Plenty of sitting areas. Did not use the bbq area but it looked great.
Plenty enough pool towels.
Nothing.
For future bookings - you need to bring condiments (salt, pepper, oil)
