My friends and I loved the distance to downtown. An UBER XL cost us about $30 one way. There's restaurants and a brewery nearby that we checked out. Very nice neighborhood. The house was super clean and the yard was great for entertainment.
The ONLY thing that could of been done better was having the pool a bit warmer upon arrival. I mean we got there and the pool was at 66. Tried reaching out to host and basically given the "it was hotter before". Like come on... it's not going to lose 10-15 degrees of heat overnight if the heater is running. I wasn't even looking for 90s as the pool is quite large but 75 degrees should of been mandatory if you are specifically advertising a "heated pool."
