Konnten nicht übernachten, es hat uns niemand empfangen...

Wir konnten gar nicht übernachten, weil die Gastgeberin trotz Telefon, SMS und Email nicht aufgetaucht ist.... nach über einer Stunde hat sie dann geschrieben, dass wir "bei Flavio klingeln sollen", da haben wir aber schon weiter geschaut. Sie hat sich zwar entschuldigt, weil sie nur spanisch spricht, aber bis auf eine Nachricht habe ich alles via Google-Übersetzung auf spanisch geschickt. Sie hat mir gesagt, dass sie mir die Fr.90.- twintet, bis jetz habe ich aber nichts erhalten.

Mieserabel - überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert! Jemand wie dieser Gastgeber sollte überhaupt nicht ausgeschrieben werden!

Schlechte Lage, sieht schmuddelig aus. Nachdem wir bezahlt haben hat der Gastgeber das Geld genommen, die Wohnung stand jedoch nicht zur Verfügung. Wir mussten uns eine neue Unterkunft suchen und das bereits bezahlte Geld wurde uns nicht rückerstattet.

Katastrophe, wir sind wieder nach Hause gefahren
Nichts, sie war bereits anderweitig vermietet. Es war niemand da, mit dem wir auf deutsch sprechen konnten, ein ausländischer Mann, der im Garten gearbeitet hat, führte uns in die oberster Etage. Wir hatten Einblick in das wohl von uns gemietete Apartment, es war bewohnt, es lagen ca. 10 Paar Schuhe im Eingangsbereich herum, überall waren Sachen verteilt, er konnte uns verbal nicht weiterhelfen. Ich habe versucht, den Vermieter zu erreichen, hatte eine ausländische Frau am Telefon, die nicht deutsch sprach, ich sollte SMS schicken. Nach längerer Zeit bekam ich Meldung, dass die Bedingungen sich geändert haben, nur 1 Zimmer, nicht wie in meinem Vertrag mit booking.com 1 Apartment mit Küche und Bad, „ich könne auch kündigen „, was ich dann auch tat und den (ich denke Vermieter, er hat sich nie mit Namen genannt) bat, den Vorgang an booking.com weiterzuleiten.
Bei unserer Ankunft völlig indiskutabel, weil bereits anderweitig vergeben . Im Angebot war nichts von Gemeinschaftsunterkunft geschrieben, dann hätte ich nicht gebucht. Ich erwarte mein Geld umgehend zurück.

A éviter absolument
Personne nous a accueilli. pas de contact. Nous avons du trouvé un hôtel aux environs. pas de réponse au numéro de téléphone indiqué. Nous pensons à une arnaque.Résultat nous avons payé 170francs pour un hôtel et perdu le montant de la réservation . Aspect extérieur du lieu assez délabré et va et vient plutôt suspect. Avec des personnes incapables de nous renseigner.
