Great location, the Soi has everything you need. A lovely security team with a golf cart were always happy to run you up to the BTS when needed.
We converted the apartment into two bedrooms and this worked exceptionally well for us and there was still plenty of space.
Nice pool, the apartment basically served our every need
Two very minor points, bigger coffee mugs required and the shower needs a curtain, that's it!!

Good AC, pool was nice and the golf cart ride up to the main road was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.
It’s showing its age. The kitchen wasn’t well appointed and the drawers had a funny smell in them. Had no extra garbage bags so we bought our own but some little things were missing. Not enough hooks in the shower to hang up 4 towels.
