The property was large and clean and comfortable.
Lovely clean towels.
Nice pots and pans and crockery.
The location was beyond the back of beyond. The road to get to it was really awful.
The address was incorrect and spelt incorrectly.
The host wouldn’t send a map link or co-ordinates or come and fetch us and so it took two long tedious hours to locate the property.
The gas cooker wasn’t connected. After we complained they connected it.
The microwave was missing. After we complained they brought it back.
The TVs didn’t work probably because the WiFi didn’t work.
The power went out in the middle of each night and so the A/C stopped working.
No hot water because the heater wasn’t connected.
Bare wires hanging from the ceiling.
Noisy inverter in the dining area.
No toilet roll or bidet shower spray.
