La situation est top juste derrière le carré Éden. Pas de bruit la nuit ce qui est appréciable La résidence est récente et sécurisée
Manque de soins apportés aux détails notamment pour les longs séjours. Nous avons dû demander un placard supplémentaire, des cintres, ce qui a été fait très vite. Manque de soin apporté au linge. Les serviettes sont usagées et le linge de lit n’est pas repassé. Bruits dans la journée car 3 immeubles en construction en face

Le confort et l’accessibilité
Rien de spécial Juste à revoir au niveau de la douche , l’eau sortait vers l’extérieur et il a fallut nettoyé sans cesse pour que l’eau ne sorte plus loin mais sans gravité! Tout était OK

La localización era inmejorable, cerca de muchísimas tiendas y bares abiertos hasta tarde, por lo que podías salir a tomar algo a pie sin problema. Los porteros del edificio también eran muy agradables y serviciales a la hora de ayudar.
La estancia estuvo fantástica pero la comunicación con el propietario a veces era un poco lenta o escueta, como fue para hacer el check in y demás.
