We were met by the owner who welcomed us and told us where the lock box was. He was really helpful when we couldn't get the TV to work; the problem was sorted in minutes. The house was beautifully decorated, warm (needed on a miserable and wet evening), clean and very well-equipped. The garden was nicely laid out and a joy to walk around. Had the weather been better, we would have walked up to the shops at Gretna Green as they were very close by.
Absolutely nothing to dislike. The house was nicely decorated and the kitchen very well kitted out; we were able to cook our delish supper bought from Tebay!

Beautiful property, plenty of space and all on one level. Onsite parking, attractive garden (with rabbits!). Well-equipped kitchen, attractive modern decor, great location when travelling through to Scotland.
The great location also means some traffic noise from the motorway, but that's the price you pay! A washing machine would have been useful for us, but there is a Revolution laundromat at the Welcome Break service area nearby.

so clean and tidy - the whole house was amazing and the additional covered hot tub was perfect. Close to Gretna Green, local pub and restaurant nearby which was great. Easy to find using the instructions . Would not hesitate to stay here again. a truly wonderful stay as a group of 5 women.
