    We had a great stay at Jaffna City Palace. The room was clean, well sized and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was very effective. The staff are very eager to ensure you have a good stay. The food is delicious and breakfasts are very very generous as well. We had our laundry done for a very reasonable price too.

    Excellent service and very clean. Simple healthy breakfast . Young waiter room service boys very energetic courteous. Receptionist very helpful and excellent.
