Very modern, comfortable, well furnished, everything is mostly new, A/C works well, generally quiet, with a lake view from the balcony. It is in a lake front building on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is modern with an excellent shower. We were there in October and free street parking was easy to find. The owner was very prompt to always answer questions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very good value for the location. TV is a very old model but you don't need to spend time watching TV when the lake and the lovely town are at your doorstep. Many apartments are not as nice as their photos and don't tell you if they are in old buildings and areas. This apartment is better than the reviews, is in a central location, new building, and I would gladly stay here again. Definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Elio Apartment. It was truly exceptional! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city! The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped. The host was so friendly and helpful.
