Is clean and nice studio, near to the beach. Good communication with the owner. Very satisfied and I recommend it .

The apartment is situated 3 min walk from playa de los Locos. There is a big supermarket in 3 min walk, as well as smaller shops nearby. We were greeted by the cleaning lady who gave us the keys (unfortunately she didn't speak any english). Apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. Overall the apartment is nice and stylish. Small studio space is organised very effectively and comfortably to stay. There is an air conditioner as well as extra heater in the bathroom, so apartment is warm even during winter. The windows are looking to the inside courtyard with the pool which makes it quiet of street noises. There are 2 wardrobes and enough space for storage. The kitchen has different utensils and cookware to cook meals.

The biggest issue in the apartment was cleanliness. Upon arrival, the place looked very good, but when we started opening shelves and cupboards... it was disappointing. In the wardrobes we found random stuff like vacuum cleaner and huge bag of bedding (did not understand if it was clean or dirty). The kitchen cupboards were absolutely horrible and dirty. In the cupboards under the bed was lot of dust and random things, like cleaning supplies (don't think it is particularly good to sleep on top of the chemical liquids :( ). Because of my girlfriends allergy, we had to pull over the mattress and clean the huge amount of dust under the bed. Also, there were a lot of mosquitos. Overall, the apartment could be very pleasant stay, if it would be cleaner and without extra stuff.
