建物共用部の清潔感を気にする人は微妙かもしれないが、部屋の中はきれいにしてある。出張客からしたら、ビジホよりもむしろ快適。ワンルームアパートにレンジ、湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫、洗濯機つきなので生活がしやすい。机といす、ベッドは、高級なものではないが、机の高さとWifi的に仕事がしやすかった（ビジホの机は低いことが多いので）。くつろぐというより機能性を重視するビジネスマンには駅から離れていないし、コンビニや大型ドラックストアもあり、とても良い。
洗濯洗剤が実は流しの下に備品としてあったなら、その点、サイトに分かり易く載せていたら助かった。粉洗剤を小分けにして持って行ったので。また、幅の小さい３つのベットが所狭しと設置してあり、コスパは良いけど、どうせ一人で泊まるならシーツを工夫して大ベットのように使えるとなおよかった。ただ、この点は自分の工夫で何とかなると思う。宿泊証明を欲しいと言って話が通じなかったのが意外。出張客需要を取り込むなら必須。これは改善されると思う。

メールでの対応が迅速で丁寧で助かりました^ - ^部屋の壁紙は綺麗で、明るい雰囲気でした。テープなどあったので友達と部屋食しながらゆっくりできました。
排水が良くなかった。テレビ📺がなかったのが残念でした😢ホークスのビールかけが見れなかったのはとても残念でした。

No elevator at building so inconvenient for travelers with large luggage.
Did not feel clean may be building was old and many wear and tears.
Japan is very safe country but did not feel safe around the area after dark. Not much lighting and walking to store was little distant otherwise it was fine
Property was difficult to find as no signs to indication
Towel was plush
