We had a wonderful experience at Gateway Bliss Gardens and want to sincerely commend the outstanding staff who made our stay so enjoyable.
Special thanks to the Manager, Jackson, for his professionalism and warm leadership — it’s clear he sets the tone for the excellent service throughout the property. The Receptionist, Jarusha, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Jacob, another staff member, went above and beyond to assist during our stay — truly appreciated.
The security personnel were courteous, alert, and made us feel safe at all times. And hats off to the chefs — the food was consistently delicious, fresh, and well-presented.
Overall, the hospitality was exceptional. You can tell this team genuinely cares about the guests. I would absolutely recommend Gateway Bliss Gardens to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.
