Location and staff service was excellent
Since there is only 1 toilet cum bathroom for 4 people, it should have temporary partitions to enable more than 1 person use the facility . Besides, no place to hang clothes. Spiders were frequent visitors in the attic

Very serene, calm and quite surrounding and an actual feel of staying in a village like environment. The staff was courteous and outgoing to ensure that your stay was comfortable. Icing on top was the culinary expertise of the chef who prepared pahari style dishes.

Great staff, very attentive. Helped with our bags, check in was straight forward and food was brought to our room.
If arriving in the dark, its difficult to know wher to go and tricky getting there...no lighting. Also if staying in Novemeber Brrrrr its freezing. zero heating. The water pipes were frozen in the morning. There is an electric blanket which is a nice touch.
