Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Bardzo fajny kompleks basenowy. Duży taras. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z personelem.
W apartamencie niestety nie bylo czysto. Podłoga byla okropnie brudna natomiast taras nie był sprzątany chyba kilka miesięcy.

Huoneiston sijainti oli hyvä ja terassilta näki merelle. Uima-allas alue oli suojainen ja iso kokoinen. Talon supermarket oli hyvin varusteltu.
Rakennus oli jo hyvin kulunut ja peruskorjauksen tarpeessa. Huoneiden äänieristys oli olematon. Huoneistossa oli paljon rikkinäistä tai puutteellista välineistöä ( valoverhot, kuivausteline rikki ja keittiön välineistö hyvin puutteellinen.) Itse pitää hankkia wc- paperit, tiskiaineet sekä pyykinpesupulveri. Uima-allas alue oli jo aikansa elänyt ja altaissa vesi likaista, suihkuista toimi vain osa samoin wc:ssä hanat eivät toimineet kaikkina päivinä. Huoneiston koko on hyvin pieni noin 30m2.
