Ubicación, terraza y decoración.
En la terraza no pudimos comer, algo que indicaban en la publicidad y los horarios de la misma escasos. Quisimos tomar un café en la cafetería a media mañana e imposible nos lo sirviesen, indicando que había cafetera en la habitación.

We got the room very very late (8pm) because it wasn’t cleaned, and we ware not the only ones

La décoration, le personnel
Manque d’entretien maintenance (beaucoup de choses cassés) et propreté a revoir car des boissons des anciens clients étaient toujours dans le frigo notre arrivée… décevant
