The location was good for beach, certain shops and restaurants with a good promenade close by. It was also well equipped.
Although we experienced unusually hot temperatures there was no air conditioning or even a Fan. We were also required to pay €30 for towels and bedding. I don’t know what the owners expect travelling guests to carry sheets pillow cases and towels ? No just a way to make money. Also the parking was difficult with a RIDICULOUSLY high gate secure latch.

Un logement confortable et très bien situé. Très bien équipé, une chambre agréable avec une literie confortable Proche de la plage, dans une rue calme située dans le centre de Royan. L'espace extérieur privé est un plus.

Logement très bien situé, très propre, joliment décoré et bien équipé.Emplacements toujours disponibles pour se garer à proximité. La terrasse est un plus pour déjeuner ou dîner dehors, le vis à vis n'est pas gênant. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La communication avec la conciergerie est excellente. Je recommande vivement.
