SUCH a lovely place to stay! Wonderful outdoor seating, great kitchen facilities, very clean. Easy check in etc. And really helpful hosts!

Clean & spacious. Plenty of room for four of us visiting Bedford for a school reunion dinner. Very welcome supply of bread, milk, butter, tea & coffee and plenty of other cooking essentials such as cooking oil, herbs, salt pepper, etc waiting for us.
Downstairs shower room & toilet a bit cramped
