The property was very clean and well equipped. It has everything you need for a short-term stay. The location is great. Very close to the beaches. There is a bike rental place nearby so we were able to explore the town on bikes :).
The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the location was convenient, the dedicated parking spot as well, filled with appliances so we generally were very comfortable!
We stayed for a week with no one cleaning - I understand this was common in the area. BUT I'd expected at least more fresh towels, since there was no washing machine we could wash them in & we often times came from the beach, sandy, salty - we stayed for a week, we couldn't use one pair of towels the entire week.

Good layout. Loved the mezzanine bedroom.
Kitchen/diner/living room were comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location. We enjoyed the walks to the sea front in Capbreton and around the area of the property and the nearby marina.
Local shop and bakery and plenty of bars and restaurants.
We ate at L'Eden and the food and service were excellent.
Initially it was hard to find!! Booking.com told us we were looking for number 212, but we were actually looking for 221!
The photos and Google Maps street view, sent to us by the host got us to the correct location.
