Piso céntrico y con parking
Tercero sin ascensor, sin aire acondicionado (ni uno portatil aunque sea..) nivel de ruido excesivo al tener que tener ventanas abiertas por el calor, buena relación calidad-precio pero imposible descansar..

Esta muy bien ubicado en el centro, a pocas travesías del paseo marítimo y el puerto incluye plaza de parking, ya que es una ubicación difícil para aparcar. Las camas son comodas y dispones de cocina, lavadora y todo lo que puedas necesitar.
A ver el punto flaco, es que de vez en cuando se deberían de realizar fondos de limpieza. Si es cierto que las sábanas y lo que se utiliza más está limpio. Pero algunos rincones acumulan mucho polvo y suciedad como debajo de las camas encima de los armarios por ejemplo y es algo que se ve bastante.

Appartamento spazioso, ad eccezione del bagno. Appartamento in zona centrale con parcheggio moto comodo. Dotazione cucina /lavatrice completa.
Assenza di finestre in 2 camere su 4. Assenza di aria condizionata e conseguente temperatura notturna insostenibile. Bagno molto piccolo e maleodorante. Letto matrimoniale piuttosto scomodo.
