la terrasse et la fraicheur de l'appartement avec le ventilateur au plafond sans climatisation.
La plancha électrique pour cuisiner à l’extérieur.
Pas de four pour rôtir ou griller.

L emplacement est très bien dans le Village de la mer proche de la plage avec une agreable piscine.
Il faudrait installer une clim ce serait très important car même avec les ventilateurs il fait très chaud dans cet appartement et surtout cette année avec la canicule.
Le portillon . le rideau a réparer et quelques petits rangements .
