Sehr stilvolles und geräumiges Apartment mit hervorragender Lage.

The apartment is in an ideal location with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. There are also lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, the bedding and towels clean and high quality and, with huge room heights, the accommodation feels bright and airy. The rooms are well insulated from street noise. The internal courtyard is a wonderful bonus feature. The air-conditioning is very effective - important in the heat we had each evening. We organised parking with the owner which was close by, safe and easy accessed. Ricardo responded promptly when our access code wouldn't work on arrival. The apartment is great value and highly recommended.

Localización, atención y espacio inmejorable.

The unit was lovely and we had a great time there. The living room is spacious and the window facing La Plaza de las Tendillas allows a lot of light into the room. Similarly with one of the bedrooms. (The other bedroom is nice but its window faces an interior space so isn’t as bright.) The unit’s interior patio was a very nice place to sit in too. Ricardo was very helpful during our stay. The plaza is a very lively place a lot of the day which we enjoyed. But if you’re looking for quiet secluded location, this unit might not be for you.

Note that there’s a flight of stairs from the street-level entrance up to the elevator which then can carry you up one more floor to the unit’s level.
